And, now, the newest pink thing is pink gin! Yes, gin!

Just when we think we’ve reached peak rosé (i.e., rosé gummie bears and deodorant sticks), a new product that actually makes us want to jump back on the bandwagon hits the market.
Wölffer Estate Vineyard is selling a Wölffer “Pink” Gin flavored with handpicked juniper berries from its Hamptons estate, cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel and anise. The most eye-catching detail about this spirit is definitely its trendy pink color, which winemaker and partner Roman Roth gets by using the vineyard’s rosé wine as the base for the gin. Once the rosé is distilled, Roth adds a small amount of grape skin extract to get that subtle pink color.
