There’s a nice balance of smoky, sweet, sour, earthy, and creamy in this sandwich. We served it on a seeded potato roll but it’ll work on pretty much anything.
Ingredients
3-5 lbs London Broil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
12 oz cream cheese
2 shallots
3 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 oz pea shoots
Your favorite bread
For the London Broil
Liberally sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the meat. Smoke with #hickory until internal temperature is 140F. Let rest for 10 minutes under an aluminum foil tent then refrigerate.
For the Lemon Parsley Cream
In a blender whip up lemon juice, cream cheese, salt, pepper, shallot, and parsley.
Build the sandwich by stacking thinly sliced strips on beef on your bun. Top with pea shoots and spoon the cream on top.
